The Model DB343-19R-A combines a robust structural barrier with rapid mechanical operation. Rather than managing multi-bolt patterns, crew members utilize 4 heavy-duty mechanical toggle dogs to evenly compress the perimeter gasket. The elevated 5" coaming raises the sealing face well above the deck level, preventing standing deck water, washdown runoff, and debris from accumulating near the seal. This minimizes the risk of fluid contamination inside the space.
